Between work and taking care of your kids, making meals that are healthy and taste good can feel like a herculean challenge.  Join Eleanor Gregory, a dietician and owner of Sprout Gourmet as she shares her secrets on how to plan, prep and prepare weekday meals that are nutritious and delicious.  Eleanor brings her backgrounds in pediatric nutrition (working at A.I. with special patient diets/allergies,etc.) and as a professional chef  (Susanna Foo and  The Gables) together in this workshop to help you create a plan that will work for your family – including your picky toddler.  A working mom of two, she understands that chopping ingredients for an hour on a Tuesday is not feasible for real moms.
