Our Class Series provide moms with opportunities for yoga, fitness and personal growth with babies in tow!
Itty Bitty Yogis
Baby’s first yoga class will introduce poses that will help improve digestion and relieve gas pain, along with tools for tummy time and increasing sleep patterns.
Postnatal Mamas will find balance within their new normal, through a gentle practice to ease tired muscles and rebuild core strength. No Yoga Experience Necessary!
This fun and upbeat class is open to moms at least six weeks postpartum. Barre allows you to work at your own pace and is suitable for all levels of
fitness. Kristen brings knowledge of pelvic and abdominal health to this popular workout, ensuring that it is safe and effective in helping moms heal and build strength after baby. Bring your baby or fly solo.
Mama Baby Bootcamp
A fitness class for new moms and babies focusing on rebuilding the pelvic floor, core strength and stabilization. Rebuilding your core from the inside out makes you a strong and healthy mama. Anne’s extensive experience with new moms ensures safety for new moms as they move back into a fitness routine.
The pre-natal yoga class is choreographed to assist moms-to-be in finding mindfulness and balance in pregnancy. The class is a gentle or slow flow vinyasa style class that allows moms time and space to move into different yoga poses as their body and baby allow, so they can cultivate an awareness of the strength, power and grace of their pregnant bodies. In addition to the movements of the yoga practice, class will also incorporate focused work with the breath and sound as tools to use during birth and delivery and will offer space for moms to connect with their growing babies.
A slow flow vinyasa class for all-levels. Moms are welcome to bring babies, but moms with childcare are welcome too. Modifications are offered to accommodate postpartum moms from six weeks.
Discussion and Play Classes
Bubbles and Sh*t
Sensory play for crawlers and toddlers; Sanity for their mothers.
This class is for moms with crawlers and walkers (or about 7 months to about 3 years). Moms participate in peer guided discussion while engaging with babies through a variety of planned sensory stations. It sounds like a lot – it is, but we know you can multi-task like a badass!
Moms welcome to bring infants along with their toddlers and preschoolers
This class is specially designed for moms in the newborn/infant stage. Libbie and Courtney lead a discussion that focuses on mental and emotional side of the very physical work of being a mother. Each week focuses on a specific topic to help moms find contentment and balance in their new and/or expanded roles. We discuss feeding, sleeping (or not sleeping), strategies for dealing with mommy guilt (it comes free with each new bundle of joy), communicating with your partner, and lots more.
A short, gentle movement practice and a guided relaxation conclude each class.
4th Trimester Again
This class is specifically designed for moms with a second or third or fourth (etc.) baby. We talk about the extra guilt that comes with more than one child as well as the juggling and balancing that happens with more than one child. Moms are invited to bring their infants AND toddlers/preschoolers to this class. We try to close each class with movement and relaxation as the little ones allow.
