An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Wednesday, repeating until December 3, 2017
Join Kristen for this safe and fun walk/workout. Moms at all stages can join the class and adjust the pace and activity to their own level. Kristen will offer an intense workout for moms that incorporates strength training and targets core stabilization. Bring your stroller and a water bottle.
(in the event of inclement weather the class will move inside)
***Moms that are less than six weeks postpartum are asked to refrain from the workout portion of the class and just participate in the walk.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
