This class builds strength and flexibility for moms-to-be. Experienced yoga practitioners and beginners alike can benefit from these sequences of mindful movements, guided relaxations and breathing techniques. Come nurture yourself as you prepare for birth and baby.
No yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
