Anne Duch of Physical Therapy for Women leads this challenging fitness class for moms with babies in tow. Focusing on rebuilding pelvic floor muscles and the abdominal wall, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness. The Class is best suited for moms who are at least for to six weeks postpartum with babies who are not yet walking. Moms with childcare for walking or older children are also welcome!
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
