Having a baby changes your body. Join Anne Duch of Physical Therapy for Women for a challenging class for all fitness levels. Anne leads moms through varying exercise sequences, focusing on alignment, stability, rebuilding pelvic floor muscles, and strengthening the abdominal wall.
Whether you spent your pregnancy running marathons or on bed-rest, this class is the perfect way to learn about your postpartum body and start your new fitness routine in a safe and supportive environment.
Anne concludes each class with a brief question and answer session about exercise, fitness, pelvic and abdominal health.
Moms must be at least six weeks postpartum to participate. Babies who are not yet walking or crawling are welcome.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
