Anne Duch of Physical Therapy for Women leads this challenging fitness class for moms with babies in tow. Focusing on rebuilding pelvic floor muscles and the abdominal wall, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Learn tips and techniques for healing your body and building strength and stamina.
Moms must be at least six weeks postpartum to participate. Babies who are not yet walking or crawling are welcome.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
