A vinyasa style yoga class with a variety of poses to build core strength and stability. Bring your baby (or don’t) and join us for this fun and challenging class. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (10 – 12 weeks is even better). Moms may bring babies who are crawling or walking.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
