Yoga for Moms

This is an all levels yoga class targeted for moms. Bring your baby (or not ) for this vinyasa (flow) style yoga class with a variety of poses to build core strength and stability. Sequences vary to provide challenge for all experience and fitness levels. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (10 – 12 weeks is even better). Moms may bring babies who are crawling or walking.
