Bring your baby to the Barre! All moms (6 weeks postpartum and up) are welcome and babies that are not yet walking are welcome too!
Barre is a low impact exercise program that promotes strength and flexibility through small, isometric movements. Targeting arms, core, seat and thighs, barre is a full body workout set to upbeat music. Strengthening of each muscle group is followed by a stretch series to help promote long, lean muscles and improve flexibility. Barre is low impact and suitable for all fitness levels and ages. No ballet experience necessary!
