4th Trimester Moms brings new moms together in a safe and non-judgemental space. The class focuses on topic based discussion and bringing the tools of mindfulness to moms of infants in an accessible, and realistic way. In addition to guided relaxation; gentle, yoga based movements to release tight shoulders and necks. Each week focuses on a different topic to help you bring more balance to your time as a newborn mother.
We suggest moms attend a six week series to gain the most from the class (however, our classes are drop-in, because sh*t happens). Although, we sometimes share some of our experience as moms, this is not a parenting class. Our goal is to help you embrace your own style as mother and to bring you a village to cheer you on. Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
