This gentle yoga class for moms and babies is a great way to release stress and tension. Sequences are created specifically for moms with infants. The class also includes poses for babies to help with digestion, tummy time and sleep. Moms have time to slow down and connect with their infants. Join us to nurture yourself and your baby.
This class is best suited for mothers with babies that are not yet walking and we suggest moms be at least 4 weeks postpartum to participate in this class. Modifications are provided to help mothers honor their particular stage of healing after birth.
Weekly Classes and Groups are Drop-in with no registration required (First Class is FREE!). Pre-Register for Series or Special Classes/Events.
